it was a surpise b-day party for 1 of my moms co-workers . ( see evern the older crowd knows how i do ) lol .. the women had to wear red .. that night was maxx FUN ...

Lobster Tails (before i broiled em)
all you gotta do is turn them over , & take some scissors cut em down the middle . put the oven on low broil and let it cook for 5 mins . season to your liking .
Steak-House Salad
consisting of - romaine lettuce , corn , onions , tomatoes , feta cheese , & of course FLANK STEAK which is healthy .
