- 6 days a WEEK
- Sundays off .. the BIBLE says so ( lol i'm soo SERIOUS )
- 3 Protein Shakes a day
- 3 days of 3 MEALS
- 3 days of 3 6 SMALL meals
ACTiViTiES :
- GYM 3x a week
- YOGA/PILATES 3x a week
