Gossip Girls ....

Gossip Girl costars Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr have split.

He ended it during an emotional phone call after discovering that Jessica had been allegedly getting cozy with his friend, heir Marco Minuto.

She freaked out and flew to London from El Lay to try and beg for his forgiveness, but Westwick is still really hurt.

An insider claims:

"Jessica recently celebrated her birthday in LA and was being openly affectionate and flirty with Marco. They ended up back at the same hotel, but nobody knows what happened behind closed doors. Her flirty behavior shocked a lot of their friends, so word quickly got back to Ed, who has been filming in Europe.

He immediately ended their relationship on the phone, and Jessica, who denied anything happened with Marco, was so distraught that she flew to London last Friday with just the clothes on her back. She's been begging Ed to take her back, but he is deeply hurt. He can't believe that she carried on this way with one of his friends."

Her rep denies the cheating but if she did stray from Ed, she's a total idiot! The other man, Minuto, comes from a family with big $$$$ and attempted to sue Harvard when they refused to let him in.

BOSTON (CBS/AP) School officials at South Hadley High School didn't follow all the anti-bullying advice they were given months before 15-year-old Phoebe Prince committed suicide, according to a consultant who offered the tips.


Barbara Coloroso said she consulted with parents and administrators months before the harassed freshman hanged herself in January.


Police say she endured months of verbal assaults and threats, mostly in school and in person, although some of the bullying occurred on Facebook and in other electronic forms.


"The questions to ask are: Did they follow their own rules and did they keep Phoebe safe? Obviously not. And, did they deal effectively with the bullies? Obviously not," Coloroso told The Associated Press Tuesday.


Nine students face charges in connection with the girl's death, including two teen boys charged with statutory rape and a clique of girls charged with stalking, criminal harassment and violating Phoebe's civil rights.


School officials won't be charged, even though authorities say they knew about the bullying.


South Hadley High School is located in South Hadley, Mass., about 90 miles east of Boston.
